Abby is the founder of TCHI and holds degrees in Business Management and Human Services. She brings 20-plus years of experience in the housing field and is a certified Community Health Worker.

Administrative Assistant
Amy supports the TCHI team with a strong and successful background in administrative work. She studied Secretarial Science at Corning Community College and is currently pursuing certification in Community Health Services, with a focus on becoming a certified Recovery Specialist.
Janie Schmouder
Case Coordinator
Janie is the Case Coordinator at TCHI. She holds a Juris Doctorate, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and a certification in Community Health Work. With over 10 years of experience in social work, Janie brings a strong legal and community-focused background to her role.
Sam Hewitt
Case Manager
Sam is a Case Manager at TCHI, holding a degree in Psychology with a concentration in Counseling. She brings over 10 years of experience in mental health and substance abuse counseling, along with extensive expertise in individual and family case management.
